The Bionutrient Food Association is working with producers to establish growing practices that yield more nutritious crops, while developing a standard for nutrient-dense foods and a handheld tool to measure those nutrient levels. The idea behind the tool is to use existing technology, like the camera in a Smartphone, to scan produce right in the grocery store, measuring the nutrient-density of the consumer’s food options. New workshop in Ukiah, CA just added!

We've just added a late entry to our workshop series - to be held on April 4-5 in Ukiah, CA, just two hours north of San Francisco. This two-day course will be unique in that it will be held at Yokayo Ranch, a beautiful 40-acre spot in Mendocino County with a working farm, and people are encouraged to stay at the Ranch for the duration. They have two large houses and two pool-side cabanas, with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms total. Both private and shared rooms are available. And if that wasn't enough, the Yokayo Ranch and Farm team will be hosting a goat roast for attendees on the night of the 4th!
