Dan Kittredge of the Bionutrient institute is coming to Austin to discuss the value of nutrient density in food/farming and how we as a community can reliably measure that with the handheld reflectometer they are developing (watch this video/doodle for a quick explanation!)

The event will be held at the newly opened Sapien Center in East Austin. There will be a potluck starting at 6:00PM so bring your local nutrient dense cooking to share! Talk will start promptly at 7:00PM followed by a short Q/A. Over by 9:00PM
