COVERING THE CUTTING EDGE OF RESEARCH AND IN THE FIELD BEST PRACTICE WITH LEADERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD.
A Label You Can Trust?
Maybe you don’t buy packaged products in the grocery store, (or not many). But if you do, imagine there was a label that confirmed not only the nutritional caliber of the raw ingredients, and how it was raised, but it also connected to the way the food was processed?
And what if this label was awarded to only the foods with the highest nutrition and that has been processed in a way your ancestors would recognize and find appropriate?
Sourdough bread vs white bread.
Lacto-fermented salami vs the typically processed variety.
Wine made with natural yeast, instead of the kind with sulfites.
Etc...
AND that practiced the highest standards of good soil management.

After a multi-year process to come up with a wholistic positive definition label (that we at the BFA have been honored to be part of), come listen to her share the vision, strategy and state of the One Health oriented label that is coming out soon. And engage with your questions and suggestions.
